RETURN POLICY
"Your satisfaction is our top priority, but due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we maintain a strict no returns or exchanges policy. We offer cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, however, refunds are subject to a 3% plus 30p transaction fee (imposed by Wix payment security method). To avoid any sizing issues, we highly recommend ordering a sizing kit - it's the only way to ensure a perfect fit! Remember, handcrafted means unique - slight variations may occur. Plus, screen resolutions may affect color display. Please contact us with any concerns before or after ordering. Thank you for your understanding!
Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Please ensure you double check your order before finalizing the purchase to avoid any mistakes. CANCELLATIONS Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this time, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order as it may have already been processed and dispatched. PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. "Friends, remember: knowledge is power! When it comes to parking, knowing the rules can save you both stress and money. Remember, there are only 2 hours of free parking available before 8pm. So, if you're planning on a late appointment or multiple treatments, please let me know in advance. I can provide a visitor parking ticket, but since these come out of my own pocket, I'll only give them out when necessary. Avoid those pesky fines and ensure your time with me is worry-free. Let's navigate our city's parking together. Stay informed, stay fine-free!
Eyes & Brow Treatments Policy
Beauty is in the details, especially when it comes to your eyes . But safety first! Remember, for eyelash extensions, brow lamination, and lash lift and tint services, a patch test 24 hours prior to your appointment is a must. This ensures the products and tints used are suitable for your skin. If you miss the patch test, you'll need to sign a waiver, but keep in mind, any reaction post-treatment won't be on us. And don't forget, if you need EYELASH EXTENSIONS INFILLS, ensure you have at least 40% of the lashes intact to avoid paying for a full set. Book in advance to avoid disappointment. At Bonnie Beauty, we're committed to providing you with the best beauty services. However, it's crucial to understand that punctuality and commitment are the lifeblood of this business. As a sole proprietor, I kindly request that you respect the time slots you've booked. Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows can be financially damaging. In such instances, you will be charged the full price of the booked treatment, with no refund for your deposit. To avoid this, please ensure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. By submitting a deposit, you're agreeing to all policy stated on this page. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Nail Treatment policy
our nails are a reflection of self-care, not a toolkit! In order to ensure the longevity of your nail treatment, please avoid using them as tools and always wear gloves when handling cleaning products. Remember, I offer free repairs only for the first 3 days post-treatment. Any damage thereafter will incur a starting fee of £3 per nail, especially if there's nail art involved. To make your appointment as smooth as possible, kindly send me pictures of your desired design beforehand. This allows me to allocate sufficient time for your session. Failure to do so may lead to a rescheduling of your appointment. Let's work together to keep your nails looking fabulous!
