Service Description
* I do not provide infills on anyone else's work. This is to prevent any reaction to the hand and nails due to the mix of products. so only book infill if you already have my product on your nails please contact if you have any questions. * When booking for infills, the earliest should be 2 weeks the latest 4 weeks after the full set date. this is to prevent damage to your natural nails. *Any infills after 4 weeks will be charged for removal and full set. *Please keep in mind if you're after any nail art the price above is just for a standard set, I will NOT do any nail art on your appointment if you haven't contacted me before the booking with the art you would desire. This is just in case I need to put extra time on your appointment or to make sure I have the right stock for your desired nail look. This is to save any disappointment on the treatment date.

However, it's crucial to understand that punctuality and commitment are the lifeblood of this business. As a sole proprietor, I kindly request that you respect the time slots you've booked. Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows can be financially damaging. In such instances, you will be charged the full price of the booked treatment, with no refund for your deposit. To avoid this, please ensure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. By submitting a deposit, you're agreeing to all policy stated on this page. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Nail Treatment policy our nails are a reflection of self-care, not a toolkit! In order to ensure the longevity of your nail treatment, please avoid using them as tools and always wear gloves when handling cleaning products. Remember, I offer free repairs only for the first 3 days post-treatment. Any damage thereafter will incur a starting fee of £3 per nail, especially if there's nail art involved. To make your appointment as smooth as possible, kindly send me pictures of your desired design beforehand. This allows me to allocate sufficient time for your session. Eyes & Brow Treatments Policy Beauty is in the details, especially when it comes to your eyes . But safety first! Remember, for any brow or lash treatment, a patch test 24 hours prior to your appointment is a must. This ensures the products and tints used are suitable for your skin. If you miss the patch test, you'll need to sign a waiver. eyelash extensions must have 40% of the lashes still attached, if there is less than 40% you will be charged at full set price. thankyou for understanding and supporting.
